New Practice Members at White County Family Chiropractic LLC
We know you’re busy, so we do whatever we can to help streamline our White County Family Chiropractic LLC new practice member process for you. After you have scheduled, we’ll send you an email with a link to our intake forms so you can complete them in the comfort of your own home. However, for our practice members without internet access, we are happy to have you come in a few minutes before your appointment time so you can complete the forms in-office.
When you walk into our office, Dr. Kristen will personally welcome you—and from that moment on, you’ll be treated like family. During your consultation, Dr. Kristen will listen attentively and ask whatever questions are needed to delve deeper into your condition. Then she’ll conduct a thorough exam to locate any areas of subluxation (misalignment) that are contributing to your pain or dysfunction. If she determines that X-rays are needed before adjusting you, we will refer you out for those. If no X-rays are needed, you’ll receive your first adjustment at this visit. We suggest you plan for about 45 minutes for this appointment.
At your second visit, Dr. Kristen will go over your exam findings as well as any X-rays you may have gotten, and then she’ll adjust you. This visit will generally take no more than 30 minutes.
Dr. Kristen will let you know what the fees are before you begin care, so there won’t be any surprises or hidden charges you weren’t expecting. We offer discounts for students and active military, and we accept all major credit cards. We do not currently accept Medicare patients. We do not bill insurance, however, if you would like to submit for re-imbursement with your insurance company, we are happy to provide you with a super bill.
